We believe couples should have freedom in their choices because every couple’s style, desires, needs and budget are unique.
As a result, we have an open vendor policy with no required vendor lists you have to work with. Instead of being limited to a short list of required vendors, you can hand-pick the caterers, photographers, florists, and other professionals who best fit your vision. This flexibility allows for more personalization, potential cost savings, and the opportunity to work with trusted vendors you may already know and love. This includes hosting your own bar, with no corkage fees, so you have complete control over your food and beverage costs.
We provide the beautiful setting, the tables and chairs, the set up and all of our included amenities - you customize the rest.

We have a list with some of our favorite vendors in the area that we will provide so you can spend less time researching BUT we do not require that you choose from our list. You choose who you want to work with based on who fits your vision, who you comfortable with and maybe most importantly, fits into your individual budget.

We only host one event each day which means you have completely private access to the entire venue for 12 hours. We also offer an option for early entry if more time is needed.

We are happy to offer a special rental option for our micro wedding and elopement couples. This package is reserved for our couples with 50 guests or less.
With this option, you control your day! It is available Sunday-Thursday and you get to choose how many hours you want/need. Choose to be on site anywhere from 5-12 hours, with pricing based on how many hours you choose.
